- Returns are NOT entitled to our promotional items. If you received a defective item or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email [email protected]. (Please explain the nature of the defect and include photos or video.)
Please take note: Item under RM 20 (Purchased amount) is not allowed to exchange or return.
- We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only; NO cash refund policy shall apply. Store credit comes with a 90days validity period. This store credit is only eligible for use in https://www.vsoutlet.co/ and not in retail stores. All store credits are in the currency Malaysia Ringgit.
- We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of the delivery date. For all return, exchange or refund requests, please drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and request and we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 business days.
- Condition of return item: We kindly ask that the returned items must be in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
- Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
- For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties, bra.
- We refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including Unsatisfactory item ( Unfit, Dislike, Quality not up to expectation, color variation from product photos, Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements, Minor imperfections, Self-inflicted damage, Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference )
- We do accept returns: Item torn, stained, the wrong size as ordered. VS Outlet will only return the same item Store credit will be generated once the stocks are no longer available on the website (for next purchase).

- Colors and measurements discrepancies:
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colors. Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in the real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter.
An item's measurements stated on VSOutlet.co are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production.

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
